Obama Inflates Resume, Again

Mr. Perfect is having a hard time over there in Europe. He is having a difficult time remembering what committees he is on in the Senate. Yesterday, he thought he was on the banking committee. He was talking about a bill that was just passed through the banking committee about eliminating all banking connections with Iran. He then added that he was on the banking committee. He should be able to remember what committees he is on. At least you would think that he would remember. This is crucial because he said that he took action on the bill that was being discussed. That was impossible as he is not on the committee that was working on the bill.

People all the time make mistakes. You usually do not make a mistake about what group you are with. You may not remember which bill you worked on, but you will remember that you were on the committee that worked on it or not. We should be able to expect at least that much from the brain cells of those we elect to represent us in Congress.

Senator Obama is starting to sound like the kid in school who is usually second place in the competition. To make up for being second place all the time, they start to make up things about themselves to make them sound like they are more important than they are. They eventually get found out and end up being even lower than they were in the first place. But, they enjoy that short time in the spotlight. I think that Senator Obama is starting to realize that he is coming up short on his qualifications. So, he has to manufacture qualifications to make him look better to the public. He knows the news media will not do any background checking to see if he is right or not. They will assume that he is correct. He also knows that most people get most of their news from the main stream news media and so he should be home free. It is just the news junkies like me who pick up on this stuff and bring it to everyone’s attention.

I read another report yesterday that Barack Obama has a complaint against him with the Illinois Bar Association. The complaint alleges many of the same things that I am reporting in this blog, that he said things that were not true and he knew them to be untrue when he said them. This all goes back to some events when Barack Obama was working in Illinois. I do not know the details of the complaint, just that it was filed. The main stream media will not report on this complaint. If Obama were a Republican, this complaint would be front page news. Because he is a Democrat, the complaint will be buried until it blows up under Barack and buries him alive. Then they will express surprise that anything had happened at all.

Sooner or later, people have to realize that Senator Obama is not what everyone has been led to believe. He is not a “new” politician. He is very much an “old style” politician. He came up through the corrupt Chicago political system and has all the skills of a Chicago politician. If you open the doors to his past, you find corruption ran rampant. He got to positions by knowing people, not on what he knew. That is the way he expects to get to be President. He expects to get there by who he knows, not on what he knows. He is as corrupt as the day is long. He knows less about what is going on in the world than I do and I live and work in Arizona. He lives and works in the center of power of the greatest nation in the World. That says a lot about a candidate when he knows nothing and revels in the fact that he knows nothing. It says a lot about people who would vote for someone who knows nothing and revels in that fact. Those people are not responsible enough to be trusted to vote.

There should be some kind of a test to see if people are responsible enough to vote. Unfortunately, the test would naturally be biased. If I wrote the test, not liberal would ever be allowed to vote because they could not pass the test. If a liberal wrote the test, no conservative would ever be allowed to vote. That is why there is no voting test. It is just that I spend so much time learning about candidates and what they believe to make sure my vote is cast intelligently. My vote is worth as much as the person who only looks at campaign slogans and never tries to figure out what will happen if the candidate gets elected. That is the way the system was set up and it is the best system in the world. Any tinkering with the system would make it worse.
